Frank Khalil for websiteFrank Khalil represents clients throughout California in a wide variety of transactional and litigation matters, including leasing and lease disputes, landlord-tenant issues, unlawful detainer actions (evictions), mechanics’ liens, ADA compliance, and other contract and property rights matters; entity formations (corporations, LLCs, partnerships); estate planning (trusts, wills, and power of attorneys), and with the administration after the loss of a loved one.

Frank provides personalized services to each client - he takes the time to help each client understand their legal circumstance and provide the best legal options available.  Frank understands the business aspect of his client's goals and offers practical and reasoned options for efficient handling of your situation.  

Frank has strong ties to the San Francisco East Bay; he was born and raised in Pinole, currently resides in Concord, and his office is in Walnut Creek.  He grew up helping his parents run several family businesses, which provides the foundation of his passion for assisting business owners.

Mr. Khalil has been a member of the California State Bar since 2013, but has enjoyed his legal experience from the ‘ground-up.’  He gained extensive experience in real estate law with over eight years as a former Senior Litigation Paralegal with Miller Starr Regalia.  He used this experience to graduate from law school in 2.5 years, obtained six achievement awards, and was awarded a Certificate of Specialization in Litigation with Distinction.

When not working or spending time with friends and family, Frank is a stock trader and investor with a life-long fascination of the world markets.  Frank is an avid outdoorsman and a self-described dog person, as Jake, his English Mastiff will attest.
