We understand that our clients do not have endless budgets for legal matters.  Our office is itself a small business and we pride ourselves on being sensitive to the budgets of our clients - we strive to be as efficient and cost-effective as possible, without sacrificing quality.

Our fees are charged at reasonable hourly rates which are competitive with for attorneys in the Bay Area. In certain circumstances and depending on the case, we are able to offer a flat fee arrangement.  Flat fees are quoted and offered for a defined scope of legal services, and depend on the complexity of the matter, the anticipated volume of work, the desired results and other expectations.  Our goal is to tailor fees to fairly capture the level of service and work provided and the value conferred to our client.
